Some think that the upcoming film, September Dawn, on the Mountain Meadows Massacre, the slaughter of 120 men, women and children by Mormons 150 years ago on Sept. 11, 1857, could be the beginning of the end for Mitt Romney’s candidacy for president.
It seem “political” movies are here to stay. Controversy makes for free publicity and film is an effective mass-media for changing people’s mental associations.

Why does this nonsense and faultfinding target Romney only? In the name of fairness, which normal human beings advocate, then by all means let’s have Giuliani comment/answer for the Inquisition as well as the so-called Christians (hence all the candidates) comment/answer for the violence of the Crusades? Right?
On a personal level, would you be willing to answer for your father’s, mother’s and/or family’s mistakes of the past?
This kind of mindless and unwarranted attacks against Romney’s candidacy only reveal the amazing STUPIDITY in some people - like you!
I think we have had responses for Christian violence. I don’t think the same has been done for Mormons.
On a personal level, the mistakes of the past do get handed down across generations. If we cannot face them then we won’t learn from them and learn from the unsavory parts of our past.

Do YOU UNDERSTAND? STOP THE STUPIDITY!!>..PLEAAASE!
Mitt Romney’s running for prez is an occasion of trying to bring LDS church into mainstream. In order for that to happen, they need to deal publicly ith their past wrongs. Whether it’s fair or not, Mitt represents the LDS church. If they don’t want this sort of attention then they shd ask him not to run.
