It was pretty scary. In fact, my mother got sucked into the tornado, never to be seen again. "And apparently, if you realize you’re dreaming, you’re supposed to wake up. Or, if you’ve got enough control, you can change it to lucid dreaming, and take charge of your dream." From what I read on this blog post, if you haven't had a lucid dream yet, you are not very far from achieving it! :) I've had a few lucid dreams but none recently, I think my life is too chaotic at the moment. You can do amazing things when you KNOW you are dreaming. If you often have the same dream which reminds you it must be a dream, don't wake up! ;-) Stay calm and REALLY wonder if it is in fact a dream or not. Look around, feel with all your senses. Can you fly? Jump up and see if you float back down... this is a telltale way to know for sure. Once you know this is a dream, you are in control, you can change it into pretty much anything you want. There are many techniques to do this, I put a few on my website.
