Well, if you move here, then you can go to Yosemite again. Papillon1966 says that Yosemite will be best in the spring, when there's enough water from runoff to put the waterfalls at their peak.
And I can send you that picture. Yuck.

I've been to Yosemite! It must have been ten years ago at least when my mom and I visited my brother at the Atwater Air Force Base. I recall ears popping and a very rocky creek. Not much more.

Have I mentioned how bad my memory is?

Send us that last picture of you when you get a chance, Mel. It's a cute, sheepish sorta shot of you and I LOVE the T. (email would do if it is high enough quality to print out)

Haven't been to Yosemite. Didn't go into Sequoia yet, either. I wanted to save those for when I had a nice digital camera. And it seems at this point in the season, it'd be a better idea to wait for spring anyway, because snow might make some stuff impassable.
Another thing that I want to do is simply be able to spend more time there, like at least a whole weekend. I don't think you can do any of those places justice in a day trip.
I think we're probably going to buy a national park year pass just so we can go when we want, and so if people visit, we can take them there too. I think it'll be worth it in no time.
But plans are definitely on for Yosemite, and Sequoia/Kings Canyon. I can't wait.
