Shopping cart guy’s cart is moved to the side of the building, in front of his apartment, on the grass, where it can apparently leak without staining the concrete.

Rainy day

It’s a rainy day, but it hasn’t rained so much in a while, so I’m happy.
The trickle outside reminds me of home. It is gray today, but there’s much to be grateful for.
There are already blossoms on some trees, and buds on others. It’s looking like spring, but it’s only February.

Cart convocation

I intend to write vignettes on carts I see, free in Fresno, but for right now, I’ll share this.
On the lookout for somewhere that recycles newspapers. Knew that carts congregate around recycling centers. Went to a big, industrial recycling center where we saw at least a dozen just abandoned to a gritty, weedy area. Will [...]

Perhaps somebody has said something to shopping cart guy. I noticed after the pink crap debacle that the shopping cart seemed to disappear from permanent residency, at least.
