It’s dark. The sky always is clear. Wind rushes by, through the windows as I hurry home. The air is reasonably cool again; it feels more like summer back home. Always comparing to back home in Michigan.

It’s much cooler up in the mountains if you go high enough. The breeze made me forget the boiling temps several thousand feet below. Returning from Huntington Lake, I almost felt like shutting the car window, but didn’t out of stubbornness.

In the midst of insomnia, I got a loud bonus.
