Overdose

Yes, it is possible to overdose on Night Court reruns on TV Land. Really. I didn’t think I could.
But you know what? After tuning in sporadically throughout the weekend of marathons, I’ve concluded that Night Court was funny, once. When I was a kid.
Maybe it’s still funny. But I’m having a hard time going to sleep. I’m fidgety. I get back up to look at the Internet, and can’t find anything to engage me. I want to be sleeping, but instead there’s Night Court.
Somebody help me. I could be watching movies. Playing a video game.
And I wish I hadn’t had that Mountain Dew.

Ha! Night Court! I haven’t thought about that show in years! I remember it being the latest of late shows when I’d stay up on Saturday nights to watch SNL and couldn’t bring myself to go to bed afterwards. What a lousy show!
One of my co-workers had mentioned that she had watched HOURS of Night Court. When talking about it, she was talking fast and loud! I suppose she had an overdose, too.
