Feel that?

A quivery feeling in my stomach. My monitor moving ever so slightly. My body was already a little sick, so I wondered if I was just imagining it.
A chorus of “did you feel thats?” echoed around me.
An earthquake. 5.6 in a community outside of San Jose.
It was pretty cool. Not much damage.

Probably only a small one can be summed up in the sentence “It was pretty cool.” I’d like to experience a small one, too…a big one, not so much!
You know, I was a foot away, didn’t feel a damn thing. Me and this other guy from the Midwest both bemoaned how we never feel these things.
I love your new layout!!! The leaves are finally changing colors here. I’m looking forward to a winter with hopefully less snow. I’m sure there will be freezing rain though, which is icky.
