Another procrastination edition
So it’s been almost two weeks since I returned from a brief cruise to Mexico.
I’m peeling from a bad sunburn. I deserved the sunburn. On the day we walked around Ensenada, Mexico, I applied sunscreen. On the day I laid around for several hours on a deck chair, I did not. Do not ask me what I was thinking. I don’t know. I think the reasoning has been scorched from my brain.
I would like to regale you with the details. But instead, I have been putting it off. Why? Because I’m not the only person with details to recount. Because I shot 636 photos and had to edit them down to a mere 130. For the record, I’m just getting to the point of color correcting and choosing a few to upload to Flickr. Trust me, what I kept is mostly for archival reasons. I wouldn’t really expect anyone — not even my dad — to look at 130 pictures.
Though I’m finally unpacked from our trip, I’m also supposed to be repacking right now for a quick overnight trip to Sacramento, the state’s capital. We leave very early in the morning, too early for me to be coherent. Lots of fun.
Life has been hectic. What can I say?
