Table
All names for the same thing. Speed bumps. While in Sacramento this weekend, I saw speed bump signs warning of speed lumps and humps within 50 feet of each other. And then there was the warning about the speed table. That was a new one. And so was undulations ahead.
Why can’t one city settle on one name for the same thing? I sort of like undulations, but suspect it’s probably the fault of someone who had a large vocabulary in that neighborhood.
