I'm going to have to say The Smoking Gun deserves a vote. Not only is it one of my guilty pleasures to see who got busted today or cruise through the mugshot archive, but this rather non-serious site got big props recently by uncovering James Frey's million little lies in his Oprah-touted best-seller "A Million Little Pieces". I wasn't ready for The Smoking Gun to get all journalistic on me, but I was impressed.
