		<description>Yes, it is.  You should check out the madness at Audio Asylum (http://www.audioasylum.com/audio/vinyl/bbs.html) for the background on vinyl.  CD's are lossy and breakdown after 15 years or so. I had the opportunity to hear Santana's Black Magic Woman on vinyl not too long ago and OHMYGOD...the difference is huge.  Vinyl rules....but not enough to spend the dough for the set-up that would allow you to truly experience it like it should be experienced.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But the real controversy isn't vinyl vs. CDs, it's tube amps vs. solid state.  That's where discussions get ugly.</description>
