At the risk of more being read into my comments than is appropriate (and with the defense that it's entirely too late and I really should be asleep right now)... I never thought of it from that perspective. Seeing as I had no personal desire to "enlarge my member", I never bothered to think further about the implications implicit in the multitude of spam. I suppose I sort of assumed it was really just about helping men get erections (or better, harder, longer-time erections) for those that have trouble with such things. Now that you've pointed it out though, it is even more disturbing that someone - lots of someones - actually fall for this. In a way it makes me feel better. At least I'm not that screwed up. :) Huh.
